Smoothie of the Week #1

Hey guys! So I decided to start a new 6 week series on my blog called Smoothie of the Week! Recently I’ve been making smoothies every morning because they are super good for you and a great way to get some energy to start your day! So today I made my PB & J smoothie (that may sound strange but trust me it is super delicious). All you need to do is put your raspberries, peanut butter, almond milk, and light agave nectar into your blender. Then just blend it all up and you have your smoothie! I also added a bit of shredded coconut and fresh raspberries to the top for something extra but that is optional. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups of frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter (Teddy is my favorite)
  • 1 1/2 cups of almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons of light agave nectar
