Hey guys! Here is Smoothie of the Week #2! This weeks smoothie is the “Hidden Green” smoothie. I named it this because this smoothie actually contains lots of spinach, but you can’t even taste it! Spinach is high in vitamin A, and a great source of protein and fiber. So if you are a little more hesitant about trying a green smoothie, this is the perfect place to start! Just put all of your ingredients into a blender, blend, and ta-da you have your first green smoothie!
- 1-2 cups of baby spinach
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 2 cups of soy milk
- 1/2 of an acai berry smoothie pack
- 1 pitted date
