Smoothie of the Week #3

Here is smoothie #3, coming at you a little later this week. My apologies I’ve been super busy. But today I decided to make my “Protein Pina Colada”! This smoothie taste just like a regular pina colada, but it is filled with protein (due to the added protein powder), is completely dairy-free, and packed with fruit! So just add all the ingredients into your blender, and blend it up! Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mangos
  • 1 1/2 cups of frozen pineapples
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of light agave nectar

    I love smoothies but I never have them very often! I love anything with mango and pineapple in it – so this sounds so good!
