Here is smoothie #3, coming at you a little later this week. My apologies I’ve been super busy. But today I decided to make my “Protein Pina Colada”! This smoothie taste just like a regular pina colada, but it is filled with protein (due to the added protein powder), is completely dairy-free, and packed with fruit! So just add all the ingredients into your blender, and blend it up! Hope you enjoy!
- 2 cups of unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of frozen mangos
- 1 1/2 cups of frozen pineapples
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon of light agave nectar
